Supersalve is a trademark of B2 Herbal Products and you agree not
to use these in any in any way whatsoever without the prior written
consent of the managing director of B2 Herbal Products.

Use of the Site

Except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by B2 Herbal Products, B2 Herbal Products does not operate,
control or endorse any information, products or services on the
Internet in any way.

B2 Herbal Products cannot and does not guarantee or warrant
that information, news or files available on the site or via download
facilities through the site are true and accurate. You are urged to verify
all information published on this site with the relevant company before
taking any decision. Use of the information published on this site at
your own risk and you will have no recourse against the site,
B2 Herbal Products and/or its Directors.

With reference to download files, B2 Herbal Products does not
warrant or guarantee files will be free of infection or viruses, worms,
Trojan horses or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive
properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures
and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy
of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the
Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

Equipment

You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone,
computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and
use of the Service and all charges related thereto.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless B2 Herbal Products,
its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any
third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses,
expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees, resulting from
any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful
conduct) by you or your use and access of the Site.

Third Party Rights

The provisions of paragraphs 3 (Use of the Site), and 5
(Indemnification) are for the benefit of B2 Herbal Products and its
officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any
third party information providers to the Site. Each of these individuals
or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions
directly against you on its own behalf.

Special Admonitions for International Use

Recognising the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with
all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data,
e-mail, or privacy. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable
laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from South
Africa or the country in which you reside.

Dealings with Third Parties

Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any
third party found on or through the Site, regarding the payment and
delivery of related goods or services and any other terms, conditions,
warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely
between you and such third party. You agree that B2 Herbal Products
shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or other
matters of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.

Links

The Site or third parties may provide links to non-B2 Herbal
Products, websites or resources. Because B2 Herbal Products has
no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree
that B2 Herbal Products is not responsible for the availability of such
external sites or resources, does not endorse and is not responsible
or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on
or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge
and agree that B2 Herbal Products shall not be responsible or
liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or
alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or
reliance on any such content, goods or services
available on or through any such site or resource.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree that any legal
action or proceeding between B2 Herbal Products and you for any purpose
concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall
be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in
the district of Howick, KwazuluNatal, South Africa.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site
must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action
arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. B2 Herbal Product's
failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of
this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or
right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade
practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement.

B2 Herbal Products may assign its rights and duties under this
Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Any
rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Copyright

The copyright in and to all original material provided on this website is
held by B2 Herbal Products, South Africa. Except as stated below, none
of the material may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded,
displayed, posted, transmitted or copied in any form or by any means,
without the prior written permission of B2 Herbal Products and/or
the copyright owner.

Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the
materials on this site solely for personal, non-commercial use provided
that you make no modifications to the materials and that all copyright and
other proprietary notices contained in the materials are retained. You also
may not, without B2 Herbal Products' written permission, "mirror" any
material contained on this Site or any other server.

The Sellers/Distributors of Supersalve will not be responsible for
typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.

Any permission granted herein terminates automatically without
further notice if you breach any of the terms. Upon such termination,

without a person having to request access in term of the Act, ie
voluntary disclosure. (Section 51 (1) (c) )

B2 Herbal Products is not obliged to publish a notice in terms of
Section 52(2) of the Act and to date has elected not to do so.

Kindly note that all requests to B2 Herbal Products will be evaluated
and considered in accordance with the Act. Publication of this Manual
and describing the categories and subject matter of information held
by B2 Herbal Products does not give rise to any rights to access
such information or records, except in terms of the Act.

5. Access to the records held by B2 Herbal Products
[Sections 51(1)(c) and 51(1)(e)]

Form of request:

The requester must use the prescribed form to make the request for
access to a record. This must be made to a Partner. This request must
be made to the address, fax number or electronic mail address of
B2 Herbal Products [s 53(1)].

The requester must provide sufficient detail on the request form
to enable the Partner to identify the record and the requester. The
requester should also indicate which form of access is required and
should also indicate if any other manner is to be used to inform the
requester and state the necessary particulars to be so informed
[s 53(2)(a) and (b) and (c)].

The requester must identify the right that is sought to be exercised
or to be protected and provide an explanation of why the requested
record is required for the exercise or protection of that right [s 53(2)(d)].

If a request is made on behalf of a another person, the requester must
then submit proof of the capacity in which the requester is making the
request to the satisfaction of the Partner [s 53(2)(f)].

If the requestor does not use the standard form, the request may be
rejected for lack of procedural compliance, refused (if sufficient
information s not provided), or delayed.

Fees:

A requester who seeks access to a record containing personal
information about that requester is not required to pay the request
fee. Every other requester, who is not a personal requester, must
pay the required request fee:

The head of the private body must notify the requester (other than
a personal requester) by notice, requiring the requester to pay the
prescribed fee (if any) before further processing the request [s 54(1)].

The fee that the requester must pay to a private body is R50. The
requester may lodge an application to the court against the tender
or payment of the request fee [s 54(3)(b)].

After the head of the private body has made a decision on the request,
the requester must be notified in the required form.

If the request is granted then a further access fee must be paid for the
search, reproduction, preparation and for any time that has exceeded the prescribed hours to search and prepare the record for disclosure [s 54(6)].

5.2 Subjects and categories of records held by B2 Herbal Products

We maintain records on the following categories and subject matters.
However, please note that recording a category or subject matter in this
manual does not imply that a request for access to such records would
automatically be honoured. All requests for access will be evaluated
on a case by case basis in accordance with the provisions of the
Act. In particular, there may be applicable grounds for refusal
of such a request, as set out in the Act.

Please note further that many of the records held by us are those
of third parties, and we take the protection of third party confidential
information very seriously. In particular, where we act as professional
advisers to clients, many of the records are confidential and others are
the property of the client and not of B2 Herbal Products. Requests for
access will be considered very carefully. Please ensure that
requests for such records are carefully motivated.

5.2.1 Internal records

The following are records of B2 Herbal Products's own affairs:

Financial records
Operational records
Intellectual property
Marketing records
Internal correspondence
Service records
Statutory records
Internal policies and procedures
Minutes of meetings
Charters, codes of conduct and policies(both internal and external) to
which B2 Herbal Products and is personnel subscribe; and Records
held by officials of B2 Herbal Products.

Personnel Records

For the purposes of this section, "personnel" means any person
who works for or provides services to or on behalf of B2 Herbal Products
and receives or is entitled to receive any remuneration and any other
person who assists in carrying out or conducting the business of B2
Herbal Products. This includes, without limitation, partners, all
permanent, temporary and part-time staff as well as
consultants and contract workers.

Personnel records include the following:

Any personal records provided to us by our personnel; Any records
a third party has provided to us about any of their personnel; Employment policies and procedures; Internal evaluation and disciplinary records; and Other internal records and correspondence. Conditions of employment and other personnel related contractual and quasi - legal records;

Client - related Records

Client - related information includes the following:

Contracts with the client and between the client and other persons;
Any records a client has provided to B2 Herbal Products or a third party
acting for or on behalf of B2 Herbal Products (including financial, legal,
tax, operational, employee and similar records); Working papers and
notes; Any research conducted by B2 Herbal Products in respect
of its clients or research derived by B2 Herbal Products from its
clients and their activities;

Records, reports, designs and the like generated by B2 Herbal Products
for its clients; Any records a third party has provided to B2 Herbal Products which concerns a client; and Records generated by or within B2 Herbal Products pertaining to the client, including transactional records.

Other Parties

Records are kept in respect of other parties, including without
limitation joint ventures and consortia to which B2 Herbal Products
is a party, contractors and sub-contractors, suppliers, service providers,
and providers of information regarding general market conditions. In addition, such other parties may possess records which can be said to belong to B2 Herbal Products.

The following records fall into this category:

Personnel, client, or B2 Herbal Products records which are held by
another party as opposed to being held by B2 Herbal Products Records
held by B2 Herbal Products pertaining to other parties, including financial records, correspondence, contractual records, records provided by the other party, and records third parties have provided about the contractors or suppliers.

Other Records

We hold further records, including:- Information relating to B2 Herbal
Products 's own commercial activities; Procurement and administration
for B2 Herbal Products ; and Research information belonging to B2 Herbal Products or carried out on behalf of a third party

made any regulations in this regard.
